Mei Leung
Chairman
Ms. Leung has been Optima's Chairman since August 2007. As helmsman, she formulates its strategic course, focusing on continual growth and development.
With over 30 years' hands-on experience in corporate finance, Ms. Leung continues to hold a strong interest in this sector and actively participates in structuring highly sophisticated corporate finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, new issues, initial public offerings, resumption proposals and raising capital, etc., and has led in the provision of a wide range of financial advisory services to private companies and listed companies in Hong Kong. Prior to this, she was research head of two respective brokerage houses. She is also appointed as a non-executive director for two listed companies in Hong Kong.
She is registered with the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer and a sponsor's principal.
Ms. Leung holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia, and is a fellow of CPA Australia.

Benny Ng
Managing Director, Corporate Finance
Mr. Ng has more than 20 years' finance and investment banking experiences. He has led in the provision of a wide range of financial advisory services such as takeovers, merger and acquisitions, restructuring, secondary market fund raising, IPO and other corporate finance advisory work for private companies and companies listed in Hong Kong. He also has experience in asset management and hedge fund industry.
He is registered with the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer.
He holds an MBA Degree from Columbia University, City of New York, and was graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He is also a CFA holder and a CPA-inactive certificate holder of Washington State Board of Accountancy.

Calvin Cheng
Director, Corporate Finance
Mr Cheng possesses more than 12 years’ investment banking experience. He has led different corporate finance transactions such as IPO, spin-off listing, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance advisory transactions, and has provided financial advisory services to private companies and companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Prior to joining Optima, Mr Cheng has worked for a European-based corporate banking group.
Mr Cheng graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor Degree of Commerce and Science.

Pang Lo
Associate Director
Mr Lo possesses more than 10 years’ investment banking experience. He has involved in IPO, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance advisory transactions, and has provided financial advisory services to private companies and companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Prior to joining Optima, Mr Lo has worked for a locally based investment bank and in other areas of the financial sectors.
Mr Lo graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree of Economics and Finance.
